Description
Dive into a sea of possibilities with this Rose Red and Blue Spotted Watercolor Printed Tulle . In brilliant red, blue, and yellow, a design like sea salt dropped onto a watercolor painting spreads over the surface. Soft and smooth in hand with an airy, billowing drape, add it as an overlay for voluminous skirts and gowns, or use this tulle on its own to create statement sleeves, selkie dresses and so much more. Transparent, a lining should be considered where opacity is desired.
