Description
Two-piece pack of dressmakers shears and embroidery scissors. The plastic handles on the shears make them lighter than their fully metal counterparts. The lighter weight is great if you get sore wrists or if you simply prefer a lightweight scissor.
For right-handed use, the bent angle allows you to rest both the handle and the blades on the cutting surface at the same time which helps to take the pressure off your fingers, wrists and forearms.
If you already have a good pair of dressmaking shears you can prolong their life by using a less expensive pair like these for cutting synthetic fabrics, which over time dull the blades more quickly than natural fabrics do.
